[PacketFence-users] Noob Question

Hello everybody,
I am a total beginner at everything related to network, but I want to learn.
I have been searching and reading documentation on the web the entire week end, but I am still not understanding half of what I read.

I am willing to install packetfence in order to create and manage a network of hotspots with captive portal in my local community.

Anybody can support me through the installation and configuration of packet fence?
